Gentlemen,
I am really looking forward to this event. Landrum has put a lot of effort in to the planning and I know it will pay off for all of us that attend. I have set the leadership structure for the company. It will be:

Orderly Sgt Jason Adams
Sgt Robby Mitchell
Sgt Joe Walker
Cpl Michael Comer
Cpl CJ Davis
Cpl Steve Ewing
Cpl Terry Hancock

I know all these men will do an outstanding job. I want every one to make sure they refresh themselves on the guard mount and picket duties. Just because Mr. Craddock is commanding the other company does not mean you are safe from his attempts to take your weapon. He might just end up officer of the day or of the guard.
