Darn, voted before I knew I could vote more than once. Being out on the Left Coast, I have found it difficult to drum up any nonreenactor support. ANy advice?

Good idea Dusty-
Sometimes I'm not sure everyone makes it down to the Preservation folder as often as the others.

I still think it is a good idea if we could somehow move the Preservation folder above the Military Discussion. I am sure it will get more visitors. Once people are in the Preservation folder, they may see something that catches their eye, in terms of intresting articles.

What do you think Paul?

Eallo,

Every time I visit here, I just hit "new posts" and read 'em all. Going from folder to folder would just be tedious... ;) I am in earnest,

I have given goods as well as cash and recently I tried something different. Even with the risk of hackers and glitches I do like having a Paypal button for preservation/restoration drives.

Living here in Spotsylvania County, I've found the most valuable thing I can do is vote. Preservation was the single issue for me during the last local election.

CWPT is actually in my will. I live in Mass., and being an active dad and having a demanding job and living so far from all preservation-related events, I have until now only been able to donate funds as generously as possible. My impending move to NC could well allow me to participate more actively.

I find the best way to help the preservation cause, Is to pound the pavement. That means going to the business and asking for donations to the local battlefield. When working with SVBF try to corridinate where specifically you need to concentrate your efforts. Cpl Dan Morgan 10thVA(IVR)
