That is why I need his phone number. I had ordered a hat about the time of the cut off and wanted to know if I would be getting such hat or reimbursment.

I wouldn't worry about not getting your hats. Tim is a hell of a guy and keeps to his word when it means getting a hat on your head. As you know he has retired so take care of the hats of his you may have, they will be collector items like Paul Smith forage caps someday.

That was only 2 months ago, and as someone who is waiting on a hat from him as well, I would not worry too much about this, nor want a refund. It will be worth the wait.
