Looking for carpool from SC/NC

Hello all...
I will be heading to this event (my first event of this caliber) and I am looking for a car pool. I can drive mine, or ride, whichever is easier. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and can meet anywhere along the route. I have not registered yet, and cannot do so until 20 Sept when I get paid. ( I just came back from hiking the Appalachian Trail and that will be my first paycheck in six months)
Anyone attending that is looking to share a ride, let me know...

So far all the carpools are leaving a day earlier than I can. I am coming on my own, I would just prefer to share. My route is from Myrtle Beach to ATL to the Event. If anyone needs a ride from the NC area, I can get to Ashville or Charlotte quickly and take I40. I 40 is just a few more miles, but sharing a ride and gas is always worth it.

Another thing to keep in mind...
If there are any cramped carpools driving TO the event from NC or SC, perhaps Messr McGarrahan can provide an alternative with more legroom for someone for the ride home FROM the event.

Looks like I will be taking a route from Myrtle Beach, SC up to Charlotte, NC. I will be meeting one other person in Hickory NC and then cruising I40 to Spring Hill, TN. Anyone along this route for Friday?
