Greetings All,
Has anybody heard from Tom Mattimore recently? I've been waiting for three months to receive a refund on a pair of shoes, and have received no answers from him to numerous emails and a registered letter. Any intell would be much appreciated, and if you'd have similar difficulties, please contact me offlist. Thanks!

Interestingly enough, he responded to a call I made to him about three weeks ago by using his caller ID to reach me. I had left no message, and we had an amicable enough conversation about a minor issue on a pair of his shoes. You might try calling him about 4:30 Mountain Time as I have talked to him on several occasions around them. You generally catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

I e-mailed him about three weeks ago about a pair of brogans and he responded within a day.Have never had a problem with him.
