Does anyone know if these are available on line in their entirety? I have found one or two volumes transcribed but they do not cover the subject I am looking for. I have also found printed copies of them but don't have the $450 handy to make such a purchase.
In particular, I am looking for General Pope's report to the committee on his operations in SE Missouri and New Madrid.
