To all those members of the GHTI, Hard Case Boys, Liberty Rifles, and other assorted individuals planning on serving with company B of the 29th Ohio at The Battle for New Hope this year:

1. I need your email addresses. I will be starting the general updates email list soon and I need to make sure that everyone is up to date. Please PM or email them to me.

3. Start getting ready now. The park at Picketts Mill is very "up and down" to say the least. This will be a very active company and we will have to move fast and light.

4. Start reviewing your manuals. We will be a battalion skirmmish company so be prepared.

At the beginning of May I will be sending the names, locations and emails of everyone in the company out on the company email list. This should allow all those wishing to carpool and save some gas money the chance to do so.

At the Battle of Chancellorsville the division west placed slightly to the southeast of the Chancellor House

At the Battle of Gettysburg the division was first placed in the fields between Cemetery and Culp’s Hill and then moved to the top of Culp’s Hill and fought there late on the second and third days

Company B reported to the grounds of the County Agricultural Society Jefferson, OH on August 17th 1861.
And was then mustered into service on September 7th 1861.
