I used to get this message every now and then, but it seems like it comes up like 1 out of every 4 pages I try to view now and is getting annoying. I can just click back and click the link again and I can normally view the thread. I am just hoping it isn't my computer.

I've received the same message before from time to time. Although a few days ago the message came up with about every other page I tried to open. I too found that clicking the back button was a simple remedy, as the message kept coming up with a regular frequency. I haven't noticed the problem for a few days now. I'm computer illiterate, so I have no clue what the message even means. When it comes to computers I only use them, and I have no clue what makes them work. :confused_

I get it about 1/2 of the time I change threads, since about a week ago.

Yep, about 3 out of 4 tries I get the message, often when I have written a post or a private message, which is then lost in the ether and has to be redone.

Yup, all day. Very annoying.

The "refresh" button works, also.

Ps: got the error message as I was trying to post this.

It has become extremely prevalent on my computer for the last two days. even hitting the back and refresh button is not working about 25% of the time.

Thank God it's not just me! I'm also rather computer illiterate plus I have to use public library machines and this irritating message has followed me thru 3 locations in two states. Refresh button has never done anything for me in 5 years but back worked in most cases,at various speeds from snail to zoom! Good luck lads, the site is worth any aggro! Scott Leatherman

Yeah, I get the same message every once in a while. About half of the time I try to click on a thread or link that message appears on screen.

Yep, I've had the same issues for about a week now. I can tell when it's about to happen because the thread won't load instantaneously. It's making it hard to surf the board at work.... somebody help before I have to start doing my job to ease the boredom!!! :wink_smil

Me, too. Seems to be happening about 25% of the time, just as others have mentioned in their posts.

It's the same here. It's independent of the computer or Internet Provider I'm using.

Hi All!

Yes I do.

As a result, I have learned, the hard way, to copy my replies BEFORE I try to post them (as it "erases" them)."

Like just now when I attempted to post this!!!!

Ok, I'm back at home now and am looking into this. I think it's stemming from a chatroom package I tried to install that didn't work.

I think this issue is fully resolved now. Let me know if you all continue to receive errors.
