I ordered one of these steel neck ties and it is great. A real experience wearing one of these! It also fixes the problem of carrying two cravats and they are both flat and shapless after the first event. I love mine!

I received mine yesterday, it is the kersey windowpane style shown in the top left corner of the photo. I would recommend these to anyone, and, I received it 2 days after emailing the Skilletlicker. Nice job!
