Looking for info on where the unit would have been in April 1865. I know one soldier from the unit who was captured in Petersburg on 3 April 65. Who were they attached to? (Corps et cetera) ANY help appreciated.

In that time frame they were part of the ANV's 2nd Corps, Grimes Div, Cox's Brigade. Cox's Brigade at that time consisted of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 14th, & 30th NC regiments.
