Johnathon Kroppman has posted some items for sale and a few of you have responded to his notices. It has come to my attention that Mr. Kroppman is having some difficulty in honoring his end of the transactions.

After several complaints, I've attempted to contact Mr. Kroppman who has failed to respond. We have now locked his for-sale threads, removed Mr. Kroppman from this forum permanently and would suggest against purchasing from him on this or other forums.

Just for what it is worth, I responded to one of his WTS threads where he was selling a knapsack. I passed on the information to my pard who was looking to purchase a doublebag knapsack and the deal went through just fine.

I am not trying to take a side on the issue. I thought I should just share my experience with him.

I'm glad the sale went through for your chum. I have no personal axe to grind with Mr. Kroppman, but the several complaints and no-answer to my email inquiry were cause for alarm.

Im not too keen on Mr. Kroppman either. I was deceived by him last year on the forums and when I wrote to him via email about how he had lied and sold me trash he dropped off the face of the earth. His descriptions of the items that he was selling me were just said in my opinion to make a buck, and several of his other posts I have seen have led me to believe the same of the other items he sold. I would highly suggest not contracting any deals with him.

I'm slorry to hear that there had been problems. I ordered an item from him and it took a bit to get them but they came and were as good as he stated.

I “ordered” a cap pouch from this goober and never received it. I e-mailed him many times and his response was always that the item was in the mail. About four months after payment was sent I did receive a letter from “Mrs. Kroppman” stating that they could not locate the cap pouch and my money was returned. This guy is definitely a shyster.
