We were out in the woods getting the place ready for the event.

I wanted to thank those hardy folks that helped out. Silvana, Gus, Xavier, Forrest, Matt, and Kirk. They worked their butts off so we all can have a good time. This is why Marmadukes Raid was made possible thank them.

The area where we toiled looks to be just as rough as it would have been during the 1860's.There seems to be a strong Federal presence,men are needed to fill the ranks of the Confederate army.This is a chance to experience a great event and help out with preservation of local forts at the same time.So slide off that fence
