The color shown is black with white toes and cuffs. I also have brown with white toes and cuffs. I have them in two sizes. Regular that fits the size 8 to 10.5 crowd, and I wanted a large size because I've seen so many of my tall pards with gunboats for feet not have socks that fit well. The large size fits size 11 to 13.5. The Larges are a full 12 inches from heel to toe to accomodate the larger foot. Hope that answers the questions.

Yes, as stated in the announcement at the top of this thread, I am still taking orders, but they will not be shipped until January. I figured 130 pairs of socks would last for a month long Bully Buy. Alas, I was wrong. But I only feel it fair to offer the Bully Buy pricing through the end of the month since that is what I said I would do. So I will take orders up to 3.556 trillion pairs of socks. But I will have to cut it off there as the ladies hands will be worked to the bone and we don't want that.

Thanks for the PM. You don't need to offer me more for the socks to be fair. I'm doing fine selling two pairs for $30. Not getting rich mind you, but doing fine. I think $15 is fair for socks and here's why. I have owned no less than 15 different pairs of hand knit wool socks over the years. On the inexpensive side they cost $15 and have gone all the way up to $70. And I found something out. Thay all wear out and get holes at about the same time. Just a plain fact of life. I did have one pair darned, but they didn't come out great. I now consider socks as consumables just like rounds. I know I'm going to have to replace them with some regularity. So, since they are all going to wear out, I look for hand knit wool socks at a low price. I'm not going for the high dollar knit socks. I consider $15 per pair a low price. There is only one other guy in the hobby to my knowledge that sells wool hand knit socks for $15 and he doesn't get many in every year. The next low price is $20 per pair from a sutler who has been in business since Jesus' days I think. He was selling to me in the early 80s and sells his $20 socks still today. So my sock philosophy is buy good quality hand knit wool socks for a low price. I look forward to filling your order in January when the new shipment arrives.

I just wanted to add that I wore these for a week to break them in. They wear great, conform to the feet and legs after a couple of days and gave no blisters.
