I have three different vests for sale, all are new and unworn. I'm posting them here because they are specific vests and are not going to be available in different sizes or as a "run" and are being offered at far below retail prices.

- Red brick color plaid heavy cotton vest. High collar civilian style, copied from the vest in the KY Military History museum. Made by Joe Blunt. Size 44. Very nice vest and not your usual civilian style. No buttons are including, but will include coin buttons for $5 more. $70 ppd

- Gray plaid cotton civilian vest, high collar style and same pattern as above. Size 42. Made by Joe Blunt. No buttons included, but will include coin buttons for an additional $5.
Blue polished cotton backing. $70 ppd

- "Burlap" colored linen vest, shawl collared civilian style. Size 42, has white china buttons on it. Great civilian vest, especially for the upcoming hot weather. Price $70 ppd.

- Traveling companion, has leather handle and leather top pad, with checkered blue straps to hold the blanket. This is basically a civilian blanket carrier with a handle, similar to a "valise" without the sides. Don't have a picture of it currently, but will post one if it's around long enough. I don't know how or where you could get another one. Made by Brian Merrick of Corner Clothiers, and never used. Excellent reproduction item. $125 ppd

If interested in any items CONTACT ME AT carterandjasper@yahoo.com Please note the email address, I don't check the forums often enough to take inquiries posted under this message.

Thank you.

Boys (and girls),
This is really an amazing piece of equipment. I got a chance to see it before Brian shipped it out and it's really cool. If you want something different for those upcomming early war gigs, or if you are a civilian who's sick of carrying your blankie in a heap, this is the way to go. Brian did a great job and as Chris says.

Don't hesitate!

Any pics of the linen vest? Do you still have the 18th century linen shirts available?
