Henry/Spencer Bully Buy for Bummers

Guys,

Many of you know that Tripp and I have put together a Bully Buy on Henry and Spencer Rifles. We will order these on about June 1st with Jim Kindred. If you want to save about $200 on either of these great guns, I will need to get a deposit to put in an escrow account. Henrys need a deposit of $900 and Spencers need a deposit of $1000. The final price of the gun will be determined if you want sling swivels, shipping to you and possible ATF transfer fees. Will any of the soon-to-be "used" Henries be available for resale on site after Bummer's has concluded? Or did all the lads purchase rather than rent their firearms?

The rental program was cancelled when the author of the article that stated the 1st Missouri Engineers were "armed, at least in part, with Henrys" admitted he knew of only one confirmed soldier in the 1st Missouri to have carried a Henry. We will have a very small number of Henrys with the majority armed with rifled muskets. If you want to buy a Henry from those involved, I would suggest you contact Bro. Runyon. Guess I better keep saving up for a repeater to use for western action shooting in my sunset years.

I'll be with a bunch of Suckers in Georgia (our party is already closed) this November and am hoping to be able to foller Holler into Missouri in October. Thanks for the kind invite, though.
