This private purchase shell jacket was bought from S&S sutler in G'burg in 2007, and I'm pretty sure was made by Jodi Nolan. I've used the coat a few times in my officer impression and enjoyed it, especially in hotter weather, but this coat would be good in many other impressions as well. It has staff "muffin" buttons, EXCELLENT hand stitched key hole button holes. I can't be sure the origin/grade of the wool, but it's a very smooth NON fuzzy fine grade of wool. The lining as you can see in the pics is a red check pattern and has one inside pocket over the left breast. The captains shoulder straps/insignia aren't in the best of shape due to knapsack straps catching them, but I'll leave them on and buyer can remove. The coat is what I'd call a small 40 or 38 regular. I am 5'7" and weigh 146 #s The coat fits me perfectly. Asking $150.00. I do accept Pay Pal. My email address is boreguard@earthlink.net
