Thanks for the link to the CWPT. Its great to keep this worthy organization at the forefront of our communications. I respectfully suggest all who frequent this site to seriously consider membership in the CWPT.
As many of you know, the CWPT is the lone champion at the national-level of endangered Civil War sites and sacred ground wherever it is found at risk in the United States. There are other organizations doing great work at the municipal, regional and state level and we should support them as well, but the CWPT is national in scope and is exclusively focused on saving the land so important to us as a group. The CWPT is a powerful force on the preservation battlefront and we should all rally to it.
