Outfitting for a summer event -

I am currently - and slowly - outfitting a black suit for a civilian impression. Realistically, I expect some more time to get "in gear" with my new suit and impression. Can anyone recommend a camp of instruction in the DC area? I am a railroad / telegraph / engineer type with various skills. Anyone needing help?

Shovels and wheelbarrows are being researched here, too. . .
