Low quarter civ. shoes

Does anybody have any know how about the Spencer tie Shoe being sold by some suttlers? Possibly I am looking into getting a pair of low quarter shoes for my Western Confederate impression. Any info into low quarter shoe would be helpful, or any place to get a good pair?
