I ordered some pens about two months ago and haven't seen them or heard from him. I have called two times and left messages and no response. E-mailed a couple of times and still no responses. In the past, I had good results.

Bob was on the Forum here just a few days ago. You might try PMing him through the AC site.

It's been nice to have Bob back on the forum lately. He's posted information about recruitment paperwork, weapons, period labels, and much more, just in the past few weeks.
He very kindly and quickly answered a question through PM just yesterday. In my experience, he's been consistently helpful whenever he could.

Hello,
Mr. Schultz and I have discussed this matter through the Private Messaging system.
I will not reply to unsigned emails requesting personal information (like my phone number).
To those that claim I have a phone number that doesn't work anymore, I realize that many people have sutler pages with sutler information on them, and that information may not always be up to date. My phone number (the working one) is posted on my website under Ordering Information. I know it works, my kids answer it all the time.
As for the pens, they're going out this week.
