Hello,
I enjoy this site very much. I have gotten alot of help from others on information that I needed. The two things that concern me is number one is that sometimes when I read the postings by members looking for info, I find that some members bash members for asking a question. None of us lived in the civil war and we all want to do the best we can to learn. There is no need to be bashed by anyone at all. I have been a reenactor for 12 years so far and I started in a Hardcore unit. But the smallest question that some may find dumb may be very important to others. So if you don't like a question or find it dumb....DONT Respond.......
Second, I have sent a few e-mails concerning my wish to have my sutlery looked at and if I meet with all your standards to be added to the vender list. It has been approx a month so far with no contact back to me. I left me e-mail and phone number and nothing so far. Members of my unit and other have enjoyed the items that I make and it is my hope that I can offer the to the members here.
Enough of me bitching, life it to short and we are all brother and sisters here....We are all reenactors and should treat eachother with respent and try to help us all be the best we can be. If someone is what I would call "Farby" what better way to change him or her to the better but with correct information that he or she can lear by.
