Can anyone direct me to a source for new friction primers? In my searches, I keep finding references to them being used at events, but no source information.

I'll second the recommendation for Phil "Boom-Boom" Sieglein.

We had numerous misfires with another company's friction primers. Went back to Boom-Boom and not a single misfire since.

I also recommend BOOM-BOOM's Primers. We have had nothing put trouble with another company. Either the wire pull straights out, or the primers have a band tendency to go off like a roman candle.

BOOM-BOOM is very good to work with, and if you need them in a hurry, they will try and help you out.

Larry Fischer also makes reliable primers. Currently he is the head of the Artillery Reserve.
