Signature rule changed

After years of fighting this issue over the signature, I've decided to just try to hardcode it in so our names just magically appear at the bottom of the posts. Check it out. We'll have some redundancy until everyone gets their signature files edited to remove their name.

Incidentally, we're getting about 6-10 reported posts a day because of signatures. This should reduce the moderators work load.
