This may seem like a stupid question, maybe I am just not in the know, but, what is with the dots next to the names? Blue dots? Green Dots? ITS MADNESS I TELL YOU!!! Ok, I feel better now. Seriously though, what is with the dots? I know, they have been there for a while, but it was a question that was low on my list of "Questions for the Quest of Knowledge."

Hallo! When you applied for membership with this forum, you agreed to have read our forum Rules & Regulations, one of the main rules being that ALL postings be signed with members' FULL NAMES.

Terence,

A green dot means the person is on the forum, a gray dot means they're currently offline.

Hallo Kameraden und Kameradinnen!

Although, a red dot may also indicate a fully-functioning laser sight.

Curt, I recived a PM from Scott about the signature. It was a problem that occured when Paul tried to impliment the program where your name automatically appears on the post. Hopefully the problem has been fixed, and my signature will appear again. I asked Scott to foward you the PM he sent me, as well as my reply. Have a great Holiday.
