I've changed my avatar and it seems the 50 X 50 pixel limit is very small. I right click on other avatars and notice some are larger in pixels than this limit. Has the rule changed or something is regards to this?
Feeling small and frustrated,

I agree. My mug gets better with pixel power.

I agree as well. My profile states that my size limit is 80X80 and I know of others that have a limit of 100X100. But at least y'all have avatars. No matter how small I try to make mine, it's never small enough. Either that or the format is not accepeted...and back and forth and back and forth. I can't change the size or format enough it seems.
But, oh well. I'm not gonna fuss about something so small.

Could you send me the photo you'd like to use for your avatar. I think I can get you set up. You can send it to: Eric@authentic-campaigner.com.
The file size is just as important as the actual pixel size. Some high resolution formats - i.e. bitmaps, or images that are 300 pixels resolution might just be too large. jpg and gif are the smallest file sizes and generally work the best.
We would like for everyone to have an avatar here, so, within reason, I'll try to help who I can.

Thanks man, I'd really appreciate it. I'll send it to you as soon as I can retrieve it from my computer.

Avatar sizes have been increased to 80x80 with 20000 maximum bytes.
Also, have removed Attachment, Avatar and Profile uploading from recruits (those with less then 10 posts). In an effort to further curb trolling.

Folks:
Jim is all set. If you are having any trouble creating or uploading an avatar, I'd be happy to help out. We'd like as many to have a photo as possible. It is a relatively painless exercise. :D
Just send a photo to Eric@authentic-campaigner.com and I'll get you squared away. I'll be gone this weekend - away from the 21st century, so if you want to e-mail me, I'll get cracking Sunday and Monday.
