Has anyone heard from Don Smith? Sent him a couple of emails recently checking on an order with no reply. Thought he might be having a problem with his emails.

Just talked to him the other day. Give him a call, he's usually home.

Give him a call. Remember this is his and other vendors busy season. Trying to fill those Christmas orders from all our relatives.

Anybody having a problem with the TMD website or is it just me? I can pull the webiste up and then my computer tells me there is an error with it.

For us on the left coast Don is one of our top historians, authentic reenactors and vendors. Normally a call will get result. Beside Don a good man.

In addition to it being the Christmas season, I know Don had a computer crash recently and that may have caused some problems with his email. I think he's back online now though.

Thanks, I know Don had problems with his email once before so I figured that was most likely the problem. I have been able to pull up his web-site so I haven't experienced that problem.

Hi Ken,

As mentioned above I had a masive computer crash that caused me to have to purchase a new computer and re-load all my data from the old (5yrs old)computer ( thank God for computer techs!!!)

This whole ordeal has put me back a bit. Although I am done with your officers cap Ken ( a final application of hand mixed enalel had to dry)& it is going out in the mail on Mon.

I appreciate yours and all my customers with items on order. I am working as dilligently as I can to have them out ASAP.

Folks please re-email me if you hven't gotten a reply or please give me a call so I can re enter your email in the computer.

All the very best

Don

Thanks , I figured you were having problems with your email or computer. I fried a hard-drive a while back and I know how much having to start over can set you back. Thanks again!
