Error 1146 - to anyone who has seen this Error

We're getting some periodic error messages and I've been unable to determine the cause. If you've gotten the attached error message while surfing the AC, please let us know what exactly you were doing when you got that error message and if it's repeatable.


Database error in vBulletin 3.6.4:

Invalid SQL:
