Matt and I are still trying to get to the bottom of the login issues a lot of us are having - me included. If you respond to this poll it might help us determine how rampant the problem is.
Please attempt to respond to this poll - if your issues are severe enough that you can't participate in the poll, please email admin@authentic-campaigner.com and tell us your username, who your provider is and what area of the country you are in.

Yeah, I'll sign in and then it redirects me to the login front page. However if I just scroll down I see my name in the online users list and can get in that way.
A bit of an inconvenience , but I'm not up in arms about it.

Almost anytime I navigate between screens, I am redirected to the log-in screen and required to log in again. I will think I am logged in, looking at the top right corner of whatever screen I am in, but I will still be re-directed. I use Firefox at home and Netscape at the office over raw Internet connections (no portals or proxies) , if that helps.

I log on every day. Many times I do several times a day from my work and home computer and have had no problems. Weird that so many are having problems and some none at all.

No problems getting on to the site, however, like the other member stated I have gotten stuck while navigating between screens. I was in the reasearch articles area, and had to log in again to gain access to the info. The message said I had logged in but did not redirect automaticaly or by clicking as directed. It just kinda froze. I hope this helps, and not add to your frustration.

I log in and get redirected to another log in page but have found that if I click on 'forums' it takes me there and I show up as logged in. Now when I pull up the site and get the front page I just click the forum tab and I'm good to go. So I can get on but it's not working correctly.
I guess am one of the lucky ones. I have not (as yet) had any log in issues.

No problems here at home or when I have logged on from work.

I have to sign in frequently. This is the only place I have that problem.

When I originally became a member, I logged in once and everytime I came back to the website, it allowed me in, recognizing my computer in some way. Now every time I come back to the site, I must log in. Bit of inconvenience but its OK.

I had voted that the issues were resolved for me, but I just tried going to the Approved Vendors list, and it didn't remember me. (didn't log off though) I was able to hit the 'back' button on the browser and was still logged in....thought I would try to send this message. We'll see.
(then I'll try and go to the approved vendors and see what happens again.)
It's not a huge issue, but I'm automatically logged out after a short time of no activity on the board, so long PM's are hard to do when you're not an excellent typist:D

All,
I have removed the name servers for one of the domain names and we hope this will resolve the staying logged in issues some of you have had.

It won't let me logon, keeps redirecting toward "theauthenticcampaigner.com" instead of the original site address.

Yeah, a lot of us are experiencing that. Matt made a change today that should fix this. It'll take a couple days for the changes to populate all the way around the net.
You might want to try using the Default Style rather than Preservation or whatever you're using.

Gents,
I have no trouble getting the home page but when I click on the fourms on my home computer it tells me it is not available. I am also having the same problem with my labtop at my desk here at work. I am on my bosses computer now and it seems fine. Also the last few weeks the "sinks" have disappeared from the fourms on my home computer. I noticed on this computer that it is still up.

Use www.authentic-campaigner.com/forum (http://www.authentic-campaigner.com/forum) to access the forum and reset your style to default. This will resolve the problems you're having.
I think our URL issues will resolve themselves very shortly. Hang tight.

Everything is working now. Even the "sinks" are back. Thanks.

May I second that thanks? I hadn't been able to get into the forums for a couple of days and also got "theauthenticcampaigner.com" search page, but I figured it was just another glitch.

Yep same as you Becky - I've not been able to get on the AC for two days (tried several computers) I couldn't view anything other than the home page. But it appears to be ok now. Thanks.

I've been having to go to www.authentic-campaigner.com/forum to get logged in. At least it is somewhat working for me now.

Hi,
I am having login issues . . . though they seem to be slightly different than everyone else. When I login, it recognizes me, but I don't get to see any of the images that are usually associated with the threads. For instance, there are no images next to search, or quicklinks in the top of the page. I don't se users icons within the threads. I AM able to see images that are posted within a thread though.
