I made a small "test" order with them last month and was so pleased I ordered a full set of Confederate accouterments and a Confederate knapsack.

For the 2009 season I stepped up my uniforming impression big time with purchases from some of the veteran authentic tailors and felt accouterments was a must next.

An update from MB&S was the accouterments would ship out late next week. I can hardly wait...

I placed an order for a pair of shoes just before leaving for Piney Woods. I called on Monday to see if they got the order OK and if they needed any other info. Bob said, "You're too late". The shoes had already been delivered to my nephew's house!

I have a number of items from them and all are first rate!

Great to deal with and the items are first rate! Had a custom set of traps made up and was blown away by both the speed and accuracy! Huzzah for Missouri Boot & Shoe!

I tried to google their website but it said it was down. Did I go to the wrong place?

I just ordered the CS3-EOG shoes and can't wait to receive them. The customer service has been outstanding so far. I highly reccommend them based on customer service alone.

Bob Serio is a tremendous asset to our hobby. My pards & I portray Federal Regulars (early war). Prior to attending AHT, we decided to upgrade our kits to include waxed-flesh belts and box straps. We also purchased MB&S's 1857 box for the .58 cal. rifle & cap boxes all w/o rivets (sewn only). Bob's attentiveness & expert knowledge was superb as well as his enthusiasm for getting it right. Our orders arrived promptly and we have been very happy with his product. One of my pards picked up Serio's haversack and it is stoutly-made.

Might I also add, Bob's prices are the most competitive out there for the level of product that you receive. I do not hesistate to recommend his services to anyone!

As an owner of a Harrison Wiley haversack, I have been very pleased. I have used it the past 5 or 6 years and it has held up fine. I have cut the strap and resown it to make it shorter, and hasn't ripped. Quite frankly, I am happy at the cost, quality, and durability of this haversack.
