It is a superbly made housewife made of painted cloth, hand bound with brown wool tape with four large pockets stuffed with various sewing materials...cloth, needles, thread, buttons, and folding scissors. It is 4" x 6" when folded and tied, and 4" x 16" when untied and unrolled. It was purchased years back from the Jersey Skillet Licker and is almost new shape. Also included is an authentic oval squared end folding wooden mirror fashioned after many originals . Made with great craftmenship.I stored it in the bottom pocket of the housewife. Please check out the pics. Here is a good chance to upgrade your personal effects impression. I paid alot of money relatively for these back then (approx. $80.00) The housewife and folding mirror are yours for $65.00+ $6 S&H. The pictures do not do this gem any justice...much nicer than the pics!!!Sold Pending Funds
