Original Model 1822 French Conversion Musket and Bayonet For Sale

I am selling this musket from my personal collection. It is in great shape as is the bayonet:

.69 caliber with a 42" smoothbore barrel. This has a cone-in-barrel conversion and all markings are still visable. The metal has some light patina. The walnut stock is in good condition with a few tight age checks and relatively few handling marks. The original ramrod is included. It could use some cleaning but it is still mechanically functional. This set also includes an original bayonet that actually fits this musket!! It took me three tries to find an original bayonet to fit but I finally did. I have over $1200 invested in this set. I will sell this set for $1,000 postage paid.
