I prepared some flyers several years ago for a seminar where I taught about the duties of company markers in forming parade. I finally got around to posting the articles online. The four articles are :

Good stuff for visual learners Mark. Of course, there's nothing like actually getting to do it for the sake of the kinesthetic learners though. I appreciate your efforts at making this as well as posting it here because Lord knows I need a brush up, and I've got two new young recruits who need to learn.

These are great. Now there is really no excuse as a company officer or company guide (nco) to NOT know what you are doing when forming a battalion.
