Six foot seven inch tall Union Brigade Commander Newton Martin Curtis as he tossed a handful of shovels over the traverse at Fort Fisher. The shovels had been sent from the rear with the suggestion of entrenching for a siege.

I cant seem to find my tape measure. I am getting ready for a move. I will pick one up tomorrow and get those for you. I can tell you that it is wider at the waist than in the chest. There is plenty of room on me at the waist and I had to tighten the back belt quite a bit on my 32 inch waist. I will get those measurements tomorrow. This is a fine vest with black tape down the front and Nick's awesome crescent shapped chest pocket. The only reason that I am selling it is because I prefer a civilian cut vest because I wear a cravat.

The vest measures 42 inches at the chest when i put it on. Its 40 inches at the base and 16 inches across the shoulders. Hope this helps. Never realized how difficult it is to take measurements off of a vest before.
