Hello All,
I have some quality items for sale. Descriptions are below. Prices include shipping. I accept money orders and Paypal and can only ship within the lower 48 CONUS. If you have any further questions regarding and item, just ask. Thanks for looking.
1.) Quilted brimmed hat made by Cody Mobley. Size 7 1/4. Made from grey/tan jean material. Lined with red, white, and blue cotton check. I put a new red leather sweatband that was made by Nick Duvall in it. Great hat in great shape. SOLD
2.) Brown wool felt beehive slouch hate. Size 7 1/8. This is a hat I picked up at an antique shop somewhere along the way and reshaped and added a pigskin leather sweatband. This has a small brim that only measures 2 1/4 inches. Crown height it between 5 1/2 and 6 inches. The felt is the more accurate lighter weight material and is in great shape. Hat does not have a lining but one can easily be added. SOLD
3.) Federal issue gaitors made by the guy from NJ. Size 14. These are a reproduction of a pair originally contracted for by female contractor Harriet Moore of Massachusetts. I believe the the original pair resides in the Don Troiani collection. Stamped on the inside H.J. Moore Newton Mass. 6 I only wore these to one living history event and they are still clean and in excellent condition. Great item to have for those doing any upcoming '62 events where these would be appropriate. Asking $55.00 shipped
4.) Officers crimson sash. Brand new, never worn and still in its original plastic bag. Crimson colored silk net body and correct tassel ends. Mint condition all round. Maker unknown. SOLD
5.) First Lieutenant shoulder boards. Brand new, never used and still in original packaging. Beautifully made. Royal blue backing. Because of the shade of blue used for the field, I would say these could be used by both infantry and staff officers. I suppose these could also be used for some Confederate officer impressions as well. SOLD
Best Regards,
