    Robert Land customer service

Has anyone had any difficulty ordering shoes from Robert Land? Does anyone have a phone number and physical mailing address for Robert Land? My attempts to communicate with him by email have been unsuccessful.

    Thanks,

    Brad,

I believe he has stopped taking anymore orders at the moment. I believe he is to backed up on orders. My friend was trying to get some GA shoes and that was what he was told. However, I don't know why he wouldn't just tell you that. Robert is a great guy and was easy to work with when I got my brogans from him last year. It could be something else though. Hope he gets back to you and you can get yourself some shoes. I know they are a little more expensive but Mr. Serio at MB&S makes fantastic shoes, Mattimore Harness also makes a great pair. Best of luck

    Kyle,

Thanks for the reply. I ordered and paid for my shoes 2 months ago when I discovered damage in my current pair of shoes that can not be repaired. Received an e-mail from him on May 8th in responce to a request for a progress report that the shoes were mailed UPS that day and I would receive them in 3-4 business days and that I would get a tracking number that evening or next day in the mail. I did not receive said tracking number. Since then, he has not responded to any of my e-mails. I am considering legal action. As it stands... I have no shoes to wear to Lee Takes Command.

    Brad,

Wow, sorry I did not understand you had already ordered them. That is unlike him, from what I dealt with and have reviewed. Don't know what to tell you on this one. Maybe someone else can chime in here who may have had a similar experience or moderators could give some advise. However, I do not believe he is an approved vendor. Hope it gets worked out for you man.

No problem. I understand your frustration, but I would give this guy a chance. I had a very difficult situation in which there was a mix up in mailing addresses and Robert not only worked with me over a period of several days but he even arranged to let me borrow a pair of his shoes. Give him a call and see what you can work out, he is a very reasonable person.
