Thanks for sharing that link! As a student of the fire service and a recruit volunteer firefighter in Riverside County, Ca., I appreciate seeing this. Maybe one day when I get hired full time I can have a reproduction uniform made and compare that to modern helmets and turn-out gear.

I think that would be interesting! Maybe the public would think so too...
