Backwaters, 1865 - March 12-14, 2010 Land Between the Lakes, Tennessee - Following Sherman’s 1864 Christmas Gift of Savannah, his command began to push North through the Carolinas. To counter this movement, Gen Joseph E. Johnston came out of retirement to take command of the Army of Tennessee. As the AOT maneuvered to mass forces, there were numerous small engagements in the backwaters of North Carolina. This event replicates these engagements in March of 1865.

Re: LBL/ Backwoods. CAPT Joe Blunt's Company

Fellows,
Guess since I'm leading a company, I should pipe up. I do greatly apologize for not posting earlier. Between work and family issues, I've been a slacker (quiet Skip...).
I am still taking in folks. If you are interested in joining the ranks under my command, please contact me at
mudcatsgt@earthlink.net
And I won't force you to have to buy something from me to be in the company either.
Cheers
Joe Blunt

Re: LBL/ Backwoods. CAPT Joe Blunt's Company

Just sending in my registration. Looking forward to falling in with this Company. Fully recovered from a great Bummers event. I'll be sure to keep the winter exercise regime up (couple Colorado snow camping trips planned).
