Invitation to ride at Mill Springs

Hey fellas ,
This might not be on the right discussion forum. Several of us with the Critter Co. are going to be riding as General Moore's Escort, Couriers, Scouts, Flag bearer. We have about 5 slots that are open. We would like to meet/ invite you to come ride with us. Granted this is a Main-stream event ,we still expect A.C standards. Look at the NSA website they ae some good photos on there of the men in uniform. I don't want you to take extra vaction days to come with us if it means your not going to some thing like OutPost this fall. If your close by and can make it, give me a message somehow E-mail, call, Private message.

I feel bad about the Cav Congress thing not working out. Just trying to do something else.

Here is my contact info jerryrosssgt@hotmail.com or 931-552-2680 .

P.S Remember we only have about 5 slots

Be careful, Jerry. The General's mounted staff might wind up larger than the rest of the army!

It would truly have been both a pleasure and a privilege to have had an opportunity to ride with you fellows, if only it weren't for that darned Atlantic ocean I'd have signed up in a heartbeat, but as good as my horses are, I don't think they'd swim that pond!

Have a great time guys!

If you've got a spare horse for the Federal Command Staff I'd be happy to rent one from you for $300 for the weekend. The usual suspects haven't materialized for this event.

Jerry,

Thank you, that is an incredibly generous offer. I would be honoured to accept it and ride with you fellows!

I'll contact you via pm, and perhaps you could give me some dates for next year?

Re: Invitation to ride at Mill Springs

Jim
This information is also in the events folder

Event at Pickett's Mill 2008
When: May 30 - June 1, 2008
Where: Pickett's Mill Battlefield, Dallas, Georgia
Who: John Cleaveland, Coley Adair, Tripp Corbin
What: Details still being worked out.

RJ,
I don't normally rent horses . I lend them out from time to time ,if they will all be on the same picket line and ridden together. That way I know how and where they are.
