I'm looking into another longarm and if it goes through I'll be offering my M41 up for sale. Bought new last year for first Manassas. I did have trouble with the half cock failing on it but after some trial and error Euroarms replaced the whole lock assembly and it's fine now. The new lock assembly is only 3-4 months old and has only been fired 15-20 times at Down The Valley. I sanded down and refinished the stock a couple weeks ago with boiled linseed oil. The modern markings on the barrel and trigger guard have also been removed but I havent been able to get any browning locally so the project stalled before I was able to get the areas as smooth as I'd like and re-brown them. And in an effort to blend the areas in until I started working on them again I left a damp rag on them and let it get a smooth coat of brown rust. It's a lot better than leaving it bright and raw but it is noticeable. $500 postage paid.
