Dr. Walker Shirt

I am in the process of unpacking my library from a recent move, so my ref. materials are unavailable to me at the moment. Can anyone tell me where to find online and/or printed photos of the Dress shirt belonging to Union Surgeon "Dr. Walker"? Is this an actual extant shirt, or yet another spurious creation by PERIOD IMPRESSIONS? If genuine, What type/color/pattern material was used for the body/bib front, collar cuffs? I have a pard who wants me to sew one for him, but I refuse to do so without further research materials. Thanks for the info.
