A Salute to the Equine Warrior is planned for late September early October
2010 at Camp Nelson, Kentucky. The event will include Civil War Cavalry,
Infantry, and Artillery Competitions. There will be living history events
that will be portraying the camp life at Nelson,
This event is in cooperation and aligned with the World Equestrian Games
which are to be held in Lexington, Kentucky. I will be posting more
