Re: Opening The Cracker Line: The Battle of Wauhatchie

"Oct. 29, 1863—Genl Hooker came in early and we were relieved by some of the 11th and 4th corps troops. One of the western fellows said to me, “You fellows must have had a tough fight down here last night.” I said “Where?” He replied “Why here. Wasn't you in it?” I said “Oh, that was no fight, only a little kind of scrimmage.” He says “Well, I don't know what you call a fight but it looks to me with all them dead Rebs as if one had been going on here and the shooting sounded as if all hell was loose.”
I replied, “Oh, we're from the Potomac and we used to have those kind of rows, nearly every morning to get up an appetite for breakfast.”

Re: Opening The Cracker Line: The Battle of Wauhatchie

I am hoping to make this my first large scale authentic campaigner event. Is there an estimated time
that membership will open with a cost of participation?

I look forward to the development of this event.
