We are joined again by Andrew Roscoe, a historian and Naval Officer. In this episode we discuss the history and use of monitor class ships during the Civil War. The famous USS Monitor that fought at Hampton Roads was a groundbreaking ship that lead the way for many more classes of ships with the same basic design.
