A new friend is set to portray Her Highness' Mother at an upcoming event. She doesn't have time to grow out her hair before the event and really, REALLY doesn't want to wear a full wig.
Well, my suggestion is pieces and give it umph with rats.
Take the toe section of a pair of hose and fill it with polyfill... or the hair that comes out in a hairbrush... pin that "rat" to the hair and cover it with faux hair. One should be able to find hair swatches at Sally's or like beauty supply.
