  • Requesting Input: New Blanket Reproduction!

    Folks,

Brian and I are contemplating offering a new blanket reproduction in 2009 and have two superb examples from which to choose. The biggest problem is deciding which one to copy. So we're letting you folks decide! Come on, take a few seconds and give us your feedback, what sort of new reproduction blanket would you be interested in purchasing?

                I'd be interested in both.

I currently own 3 different Federal blankets, so I'm eager to see what else you plan to bring to the market.

For CS I alternate between an issue blanket and a civilian blanket depending on the impression, it would be good to have another issue blanket to add into that mix.

                  Dan,
Any chance it's a US double-blanket I've read about in Sept. of '61 equipment issue?

                        Re: New Blanket Reproduction!

I would like to see a reproducted red blanket with dark end stripes, as well as a white blanket with dark end stripes. Red could work for both U.S. and C.S., and white blankets would make for a good, unique C.S. blanket.

                        Thanks.

                              Re: New Blanket Reproduction!

On the Johnny side of things, we really need a good "issue" blanket, there just aren't many options out right now, and even the "homespun" blankets from Pat Kline are becomming few and far between.

Unfortunately, the T.V. Brooke blanket currently available misses the mark by a long shot on the blanket of its namesake.

Please make us a good CS ISSUE BLANKET!:D
