  • FHW French Blue Kersey!!!

    Folks,

This past week I was able to acquire a small amount of late 90s produced Family Heirloom Weavers French Blue Kersey. This is a finished kersey with a pronounced diagonal wale and a truly remarkable color. The kersey is approximately 55" wide. I have only EIGHT YARDS available, and once this is gone, good luck ever finding more.

Price is $40.00 per yard plus shipping. If someone grabs all eight yards shipping will be free.

I have placed a piece of my standard federal trouser kersey in one picture to show the color difference.

I bought the first two yards as soon as Dan and I picked it up. When you've been looking for this cloth for years like I have you gotta grab it while it's available!

Dan, are you just selling the fabric, or might one have a pair of trousers made?

            Bryant,

At this point pretty much all of the material is spoken for, but if enough becomes available yes, I would be happy to make a pair of trousers out of what we have. Right now I'm waiting to finalize a trade for the bulk of the material and only after that will I know if I have any left, there's a pretty hefty line of people waiting in the wings for whatever remnants may be left over, though. Having only ten yards of this stuff I knew it would go fast and a few folks would be disappointed!

                Alright folks,

I have two yards left unclaimed. If no one wants it I will be making myself the most awesome CS trousers ever. If someone out there wanted a pair of trousers made from this stuff I would certainly be willing to do that for an extra $60 over our standard CS trousers price ($230.00 total postage paid, can't beat that!)

                Two yards! That's it!
