  • Chicago Civil War Show

For those of you in the Chicagoland area, College Hill Arsenal will be set up at the Chicago Civil War show this weekend. This is a one day show, Saturday 9/15/07. I believe that the show is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a $7.00 admission. The show is being held at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton, IL. The address is:

    DuPage County Fair Grounds
    2015 Manchester Road
    Wheaton, IL 60187

This is a good show and is well attended by major dealers from around the country. I will be set up next to A/C Forum member John Walsh from Fort Donelson Relics.

Come by, say "hi" and see some great origianl items.

This is a fun show with something to offer everyone.
I have a table, and I'm always happy to meet with other reenactors.
    See you there!

From our for what it is worth department, I will be there as well, sharing tables with Steve Osman of WKOsman.
This show management has changed hands, but does draw an interesting cross section of the varied CW communities. And this time out the weather seems that it will cooperate.
In the mid-west however, it is hard to beat the Mansfield, Ohio show in May.
