  • Bayonet Scabbard Repair

    Gents,
I was given a Federal 2-rivet scabbard made extremely well, but because
It was a gift, I don't know the maker. The second time I used it, the tip
Came off. In addition, I have a well-used sewn scabbard that the tip has
Come off. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a vendor who can
Replace these tips? I appreciate it.

Since you got it as a gift I would ask where there person bought it from. Assuming that it was bought new and only used twice I would hope the maker would back up their items and fix it for you. If you are unable to get the info or it is past any warrantee there are some good leather workers on the approved vender list and I’m sure that they could fix it for a reasonable price.

I had MB&S repair two scabbards from them with new tips. Cost $8 per scabbard plus shipping.
