  • Red River Campaign Blanket

I need recommendation for a Federal impression blanket for Red River this June. Being from Northern California we have cold nights even in summer. However' being in Southern Arkansas in June I might not need much. What would you suggest? Of course I don't want to spend alot.

I normally spare with the normal blanket and use a rubber blanket. Keeps you insulated and dry- lighter too. But that is just me... ;)

I agree. Bring one good blanket and a rubber blanket or painted cloth and you will be fine. The temperatures will probably be more similar between the two states than you expect for that time of year.

For a Federal impression, you need a Federal blanket of course. You will not need two of them in Arkansas in June and if it does get a bit cold (which can happen) share blankets with a pard and you'll be just fine.
