Hey guys, I am posting this for the author and because it's a really good resource. If you had looked for the book Entrepot and noticed you couldn't find it for a fair price check again. The 2nd edition is now available. Per Lon's comments, the changes are mostly typographical and changes to the index. It is now available again on amazon and the publisher's website. Around $35-$40 if my memory serves me.
